The neighbors were friendly and gave us some eggs to take home.

− Cleanliness was inadequate, and the furnishings throughout the property were old, mismatched, and appeared poorly sourced. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bedding had visible stains. Upon arrival, the house was extremely cold, as the heat had not been turned on. Very few items were labeled, aside from multiple posted warnings about smoking and vaping. The refrigerator was missing its glass shelves, and there were no basic toiletries provided. For a group of five adults and two children, only two very small bottles of conditioner and one small bottle of body lotion were left, with no shampoo available. The pillows were inconsistent and mismatched, and the home overall felt pieced together rather than thoughtfully furnished. Several walls appeared unfinished, lighting was inadequate, and some lights were not functioning. There were also several maintenance and safety concerns. The front window was cracked, the blinds were hanging by a single string, and some doors were improperly installed with visible gaps. The bed frames were extremely loose and unstable, with some missing screws. Due to safety concerns, we did not feel comfortable allowing the children to use the bunk beds. Communication was also an issue. Our point of contact did not return our call. Additionally, the door access code did not work, requiring us to contact the management company for entry. Overall, the condition of the property and the lack of responsiveness resulted in a disappointing experience.
