Property was obviously well appointed when new in 2023 but been allowed to deteriorate
6.0It was generally nicely appointed with decent furniture and fittings
− The damp, lack of TV signal, paintwork on the stairs and landing, no battery in the clock (we replaced it), no instructions for the microwave, couldn’t work it, a chipped mug in the cupboard, only 1 toilet roll, tea towel, small towel in the bathroom, 1 J cloth, no information about the coffee machine resulting in the wrong pods being brought with us, no welcome pack, no tissues, dishwasher out of rinse aid, none provided.

9.0The cottage is lovely and very well equipped and warm. Really easy to get to lots of places from it. Fantastic food van at Warkworth beach
− We could not get terrestrial TV to work but could sign into all our TV apps so was OKAY
