1.0− Cuando llegue al hotel me dijo el recepcionista que el desayuno estaba incluido. Se lo pregunté dos veces porque pensaba que no estaba. Me dijo que sí y me apunto en la lista de desayunos a las 9. Cuando fui a desayunar, y ya estaba desayunando, me dijo la mujer que estaba que era de pago, que lo apuntaba y lo decía en recepción lo que había pasado. Al día siguiente fui a desayunar fuera. En la salida me dijeron que tenía que pagar el desayuno aunque me habían informado mal. Pague el desayuno.
