I want a refund for the first day. That was gross.
1.0Some staff were nice others were dismissive. We had no water almost the whole first day & night could t flush toilets. A child got stuck on the elevator cuz it broke down. I asked for compensaton & they charged my card anyways. I want a refund for the first day. Nasty no one in the whole hotel had water!!
