− La cuisine pas de table ni chaises. Nous pensions avoir pris un hôtel donc pas de petit déjeuner. Pas de parking. Quartier bof.. pas à notre aise

− Nous avions opté pour une chambre avec clim histoire de passer une nuit agréable bien que nous soyons de Valenciennes. Et bien mis à part brasser de l'air, la clim ne refroidissait pas. Après des tentatives, toutes vaines, pour contacter l'hôte et que les autres résidents aient la même mésaventure que nous, nous avons quitté les lieux et ouvert un litige. Le comble est que les messages sur booking sont restés sans réponse et que le téléphone inscrit sur le site n'est plus attribué... Cerise sur le gâteau : ce matin, ont été reçus 8 mails pour attribuer une bonne note afin de ne pas les pénaliser... Avec respect et amour, bien entendu...
