9.0Unit was well appointed and homey. Eighth floor views of beach were spectacular, and we were able to see a launch from the balcony. Quiet area and easy access. Pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs and umbrella.
− During our week, there was a lot of sargassum that washed up onto the beach. It came much less by the time we left, and we were told it decomposes quickly. Just part of the ecosystem, and it really wasn't a big deal. Just never saw it before.
New Smynra beach club condo
8.0The condo was wonderful.it had everything you needed with the exception of some extra blankets and linens.
− My son's car got towed in the parking lot. He came to have lunch with me and stayed for a couple of hours. We went to go out to dinner and his car was gone. Apparently the office manager called the towing company. It cost us 135$ and lots of time to get the car back. We lost some valuable time together because he needed to get back home to study for finals. I was not aware the parking was so strictly inforced for even a few hours. That really put us off the entire night. There were also no extra blankets for just sitting on the couch to watch a movie and get comfy.
