8.0− The unit was well stocked, but there was no dishwasher, no closets in bedrooms,, and the yard ( which was purfect for our small dog) needed a little attention. The only other issue I had was . the washer and dryer situation. The washer looked like it had seen better days and the dryer was hard to get to since it is literally behind a wall. The wall could probably be taken down to make the dryer more accessible.
