− 엘리베이터가 너무 느리네요.
성수기 아닐때 가면 가성비도 좋고! 엘리베이터도 좋을듯!
10.0신축으로 깨끗했고, 아이 1명 있는 세식구가 함께 하기에 부족합이 없었습니다. 위치도 너무 좋았구요!! 조금 작긴 했지만 최상층에 위치한 인피니티풀! 꼭 경험해 보세요!
− 전체 객실수 대비 엘리베이터 숫자가 부족해 보이지는 않던데... 시스템이 이상한건지...엘리베이터 이용 시간이 너무 불편합니다. 어디 나가면 객실로 돌아가기 너무 힘들어요!

− extra fee for the swimming pool of 38k Wons / person which should normally change the rating to 6-7 but positives are still overruling, waiting time for elevators - up 15 mins during check-in/out time

8.0오픈한지 얼마 안된 시설이라 깨끗함. 타월, 베딩 등 새 것이라 너무 좋음. 7번 국도, 해변에서 정말 가까움. 가격 좋을때 재사용 의사 있음.
− 커다란 시설에 비해 운영은 아직. 혹은 비용 절감 중인지… 인력훈련이 더 필요해보였음. 호텔인이라 느낀 분은 조식부페 매니저(?)급 두 분뿐. 같은 사안에 다른 부서에서 다른 정보를 준다든지 하는 일이 있었음. 인피니티풀 샤워장에 탈수기 없어 아쉬웠음. 해수욕하러 오는 손님이 다수일터인데 에어건이 1개뿐, 발 씼을 수도가 없어 호텔입실시 줄이 길었음. 샤워실에 빨래줄 있으면 정말 유용하겠음. Executive floor에 있었는데 라운지 음식이 3일간 동일했고(음식 자체는 좋았음), 짐도 옮겨주지 않았고, 객실내 미니바도 없고…. 메리트가 없었음.

2.0− Crazy building, very, very crowded every tyme every place. Two elevators for more than 30 floors ... sometimes 30 to 40 minutes waitting elevator ... two hours waitting for Check-in ... this is not only bad management or unprofessional work, it's a really case for police action.
