− Direction to hotel location in PH not clear. Room locations and facilities locations not displayed on entrances to direct visitors.

5.0The location and security was top-notch. The ambience was nice too
− The breakfast was pretty basic and quite bland. The beddings were awful, and the pillows need to be changed as they were flat.

7.0Good breakfast, large and clean pool, large and good gym, large room with separate bedroom and walk in closet, good security service
− No TV in the bedroom. The bed is very soft, not comfortable. No signs what so ever to the hotel from the main road. When showering water spread to large parts of the floor in the bathroom. Pool shower not working. Distance from Port Harcourt to the hotel quite far.
It was a beautiful experience for us.

8.0The rooms are spacious, the environment is clean, with really nice ambience, quiet and serene environment. Staff are friendly. The restaurant and bar are really great with nice meal and drinks selection. Time spent was short, wished we could have played golf or used the gym even.
− Booked a room for two, but prepped a room for 1. We had to call get more towels for example. No onsite Spa, despite repeated calls from the hotel staff and us, the spa service providers still didn't understand we were in a different location. The dressing room had no functioning light. The distance between bathroom and dressing room could be improved. The WC could be fitted with a bidet to meet different cultural toilet usage. I understand the resort is newly set up, hopefully they fit up quickly.
