10.0Everything!!! Hanna with Fairfield Inn was especially helpful there was a problem at check in which turned out to be with Bookings.com not the hotel. Hanna went above and beyond to take care of the situation and taking the stress off of us during the process of getting the problem resolved.
− Not having everything ready for check in. I as a customer had received the booking confirmation # from you "Booking.com" But you "Booking.com failed to complete the confirmation with the hotel Fairfield Inn in Emporia Kansas for they did not have our reservation at all. I had to call your help line which is another problem. It takes forever to reach a person wading through all your AI crap....no after I reach a person everything went pretty smoothly the gentleman who helped was great. But I should have never had to deal with this type of problem. I will think twice before using Booking.com for our next Hotel stay. Thank you for hearing me out. Brad Bowen

The best place to stay in Emporia
10.0We had a very comfortable stay! The hotel is new(opened December 2025). Our room had plenty of space for 2 small children, Mom, Dad, and Grandma. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The staff were very friendly and let us have an early check in, which was very much appreciated! We will definitely stay here again.
