10.0It was the perfect location for our family of 4. The accom was comfy and the garage big so we could our car and bikes in. Once parked we could walk or ride everywhere
gaining access was extremely delayed and difficult. The property is beautiful and well located.
9.0the terrace house is lovely and the location is excellent
− The property itself is beautiful and very well located, however the check-in experience was extremely disappointing. We were notified after the scheduled check-in time that access would be delayed by two hours, despite the property having been vacant for days. We were then given repeated incorrect instructions about key access, resulting in over three hours of waiting and confusion. The keys were ultimately inaccessible due to being locked in a letterbox with the key inside it, and with no practical assistance provided other than waiting for calls that were we felt being treated as 'non-urgent' , we resolved the issue ourselves to gain entry. Unfortunately, this caused us to miss the start of an event we had travelled interstate to attend. The lack of communication and effective problem-solving significantly impacted what should have been a straightforward stay.
