9.0The property was great. Location, facilities and layout was the perfect home away from home for our family. Shower and pool was 2nd to none.
− The only change is the master bedroom needs a double glazed window and a total blockout curtain.

− Wasn’t very clean, only had 1 buzzer to get in and out
We had a very pleasant stay and would stay again if the key situation was changed.
7.0The location was great. The unit was really big and fitted our family well. We did not feel on top of each other. It was clean.
− Picking up the keys from another location was a hassle as it took us ages to actually find the venue and it said to see the staff but there were no staff there. It would be easier to have a lock box at the unit itself. It would also be helpful to have a welcome book with all the info you need like wifi passwords without going through the made comfy app. I also think that you should not be charged an extra $99 for an early check in.
