住宿生活環境非常便利，雖然離巴黎市中心景點較遠，但性價比高。
9.0寬敞舒適新穎的住宿環境，極便利的生活周邊，樓下就有兩間超市，不遠處還有更大間的超市、美味可口的麵包甜品店及各式餐廳。如果不介意走一小段路去搭地鐵，13號地鐵可直達傷兵院和香榭麗舍大道，相當方便。
− 因為樓層較低，半夜有時會受噪音影響。沒有空調，開窗透氣會有小蟲子飛進來，但屋主聽到我們的反映立即提供兩台電扇，問題改善很多。
