We didn’t stay at all, after observation of the no parking and no air conditioner working, we left in 10

− Everything! The owner lied about the room and it’s amenities! Booking. Com did nothing to refund me my entire down payment!

1.0− Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with this stay. To enter the room, a code is required. I had received the code by email, but it didn’t work. It was difficult to reach anyone about this. We eventually received a new code, but that one didn’t work either. At the same time, a friend of mine was trying to get into her room. Her code did work, but once inside, the door to her bedroom turned out to be locked. At that point, we had had enough and decided to leave.

1.0− Bedroom was not accessible. After being stuck for a while in the living room, while my friend was totally unable to enter her (other) booked room because the code didn’t work, we left. Did contact the owners but instead of helping we were questioned first and did not get a refund.
Uncomfortable and frustrating
1.0Location only.
− Door code never worked. Had to wait for someone to let me in each time. Very frustrating. After telling host they said pull on door while interning code. It’s impossible door is too far from code box. Others who live in the building said they all use other doors never that one. However I’m not giving other codes like them. I was takin in though the storage room many time. And always wanted more than 20 minutes for anyone to let me in.
