− 4 teabags and 4 coffee capsules was inadequate for 2 people staying 4 days Door key App was confusing at first as there were 2 similar Dorma Apps

Location - Decor great apartment!

Great location but a terrible experience and never again!

The location is good but the failure of the electronic key for 5 hours to work and the failure of the help contact to resolve the issue and to help us, spoilt our stay. Booking.com owes us big time!

− The bed was too soft and the electronic key on our iphone to access the department didn’t work. It took us more than 5 hours to get into the apartment. We had to call the agency four times and some staff offered to fix it and call us back, but didn’t. We followed their instructions, rebooted the iPhone several times and deleted the app but still it didn’t work. We were late meeting our friends that night and had to wear the gear we’d driven 7 hours up in. It wasn’t until late at night we called the number again and the person deleted the app at her end and put the data back in again and the key worked. All the residents or guests that we met (all young people) said the electronic keys were rubbish. Once the key works, it seems to work better the longer you stay. We were traumatised by our experience! The Booking.com site does not indicate what you’ll be dealing with and they should be offering us a partial refund at the very least!

The apartment is in a great location right on Lonsdale Street in the heart of the entertainment and dining area. Free parking was good as was the A/C and the sound proofing in the apartment. The bed was also comfortable

− The keys are electronic via an app you have to install on your phone. It is a bit of process to register all guests and each person had to have the app. It was quite variable at times and we needed the assistance of some permanent resident of a couple times to start with. The housekeeping left quite a bit to be desired. There was no soap in the apartment in arrival and the crockery was not clean. Whilst the apartment has a kitchen there was no table of chairs, so self catering would have been tricky.

Awesome location, close to most that Canberra has to offer.

Location, location, location was just awesome close to the city. and lots to do within walking distance. The accommodation was awesome, and had most everything you need.

− The bed was too soft and lacked support, an inside table would have been handy.
