Overall an ok place, but I had to do a thorough cleaning before I felt comfortable staying there.
7.0Location was ideal for our needs. I liked not having any carpeting for easy cleaning of the floor. It was nice having a starter pack of basic essentials. It was nice having garbage pick up five days a week.
− A dirty spoon was found under the bed. An empty water bottle was discovered under the dresser. There was a dirty hand towel found under the other bed. A dirty Kleenex was also found under the bed. There was no drain plug for the kitchen sink. There were no bolts holding the toilet seat in place. A band aide was found in the bathroom tub drain hole. It was preventing the water from draining. There were hand towels and bath towels, but no wash cloths. Lastly, the porcelain soap dish inside the shower on the wall, fell while I was taking a shower right onto my foot. It cut the top of my foot and created an instant bruise with much swelling! All of these things really make me wonder just how clean these units really are??

9.0Very well kept and clean. The project is fairly new. Nice pool and common room with pool table and great coffee and tea selection.
− It is difficult when you are always dealing online with the staff controlling the apartment. We arrived late and didn’t know how to proceed to our apartment.
