Wunderschönes Apartment in traumhafter Lage, extrem freundliches Personal - alles perfekt! Das Apartment liegt direkt hinter der Riva degli Schiavoni in Castello, gerade weit genug von San Marco entfernt, um nicht mitten im Trubel zu sein. Absolutes Highlight war der Sundowner auf der Dachterrasse des Hotels.

Nicht gerade günstig, aber sehr gutes Frühstück. Dachterrasse war leider zum Frühstück nicht mehr geöffnet. Aber die Aussicht und der Service vor dem Hotel waren wunderbar. Wir waren in den Apartments. Hier wurden die Zimmer während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gemacht. Das ist in Ordnung und Ressourcenschonend.

− Die Kaffeepads hätten trotzdem nachgefüllt werden dürfen. Ich habe in der Beschreibung auch nicht gelesen, dass die Zimmer nicht gemacht werden. Kleiner Hinweis ist sicherlich angebracht.

Beautiful apartment but overpriced.

I booked an apartment at the Gabrielli Venezia Starhotels Collezione. This was a treat for visiting the Biennale and staying in 3-4 star places for the 3 weeks prior. Check in was good and the apartment was lovely - great facilities. I had an apartment overlooking the enclosed garden which was beautiful and I could go down and do yoga each day. There was a washing machine and washing powder was provided. The Rooftop bar is crazy expensive but has a fabulous vista.

− I did not feel part of the hotel at all and was not treated as such. The apartments are separate and accessible via a side alley where there is a public toilet and the staff members hang out to smoke. I was not told about the washing machine and when I asked reception if there were any cleaning products (I cooked a meal one night and had breakfast in my apartment each morning) they told me no but they could arrange laundry at some cost. I bought detergent and later found it had been provided in the bin cupboard! I had dinner at the Rooftop bar my first night and not only was there an extra Rooftop charge of around 15 EUR, they added an extra service charge automatically of 10%! And I could not put this on my room as I was told (when I was leaving) that apartments don't count.

− Serviço, deixei uma sacola por esquecimento no hotel com alguns objetos que havia comprado, entrei em conato alguns minutos depois, mais tarde no mesmo dia , no dia seguinte por telefone, por emial e não obtiver nenhuma resposta
