10.0Room was luxurious, clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, location was great (short walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT), gym was well-equipped, swimming pools were beautiful. Couldn't imagine any way this could have been improved.
good but exorbitant price for food and drinks
7.0− our room was the garden terrace and it was 2/3rd of a terrace as it backed onto a walkway (similar to Santornia experience) it feels like booking.com clients get 2nd rate rooms. the price of the food and drinks was exorbitant - ever more than Raffles...i asked for water 3 times at breakfast it didnt arrive and when i went to the buffet - asked for water - the waiter appeared with at bill for $12 - what the - i asked why am i paying for the water - because you ordered a bottle...

6.0It was a historical building restored and had some curious perks (amazing middle staircase)
− The room was way too cold (freezer temps - planning on preserving chickens perhaps). This led to condensation and having all the surfaces cold to the touch (sitting on the toilet was not a pleasant experience). Also, light switches are not clear or visible in the dark.
A beautiful old building tucked away in Canning Park
9.0The location feels hidden away in Canning Park in the best way, surrounded by nature yet in the middle of the city. The bathroom was the highlight for me, just beautiful with high ceilings and huge windows. Staff were attentive and available on WhatsApp, when there was some noise for a neighbouring room in the night they addressed it immediately.
