− Omg. Where do I start? Booking didn't mention Glebe apartments so nobody knew where this place was. Ezy mart needed a key code and I hadn't got one. Eventually found 1800 number on paperwork i could call. I spent at least 30 mins in ezy mart. They didn't know where apartment was. No idea. No signage between ezy mart and apartment (and it was dark and deserted). No signage in lift eventually found apartment on 5th floor. Overall a scary experience.

− The customer support - it took an entire day to fix two mulfunctionings (WiFi and garage access) and I've never received an appropriate receipt for extras that I've been charged directly by the property
