Customer Service and access to house was very disappointing

The house was clean and comfortable.

− I rented the house from the 24th to the 30th. I was unable to get up to the house on the 24th and the 25th due to weather and I informed the 1 -888 number. I let them know that I would be arriving on the 26th. After driving for 8 hours, I arrived late and drove by and saw that nothing was plowed and there was no access to the house. I luckily had the opportunity to stay at my sisters house. I returned the next morning assuming the house would be plowed and there was zero access path to the front door. I called the 1 888 number again and they were no help after several phone calls to the 1 -888 number, I called the 530 number and Andrew was responsive and told me to stop trying to shovel the path myself as it was a liability. I had to return to my sisters house again and the house path was cleared by 12 on 12/27. After the path was plowed, it was not ideal and the path that was paved had a large step up and step down. I lost access to the house on 12/26 due to it not being plowed. At the end of the rental on 12/30, which check out was at 10 a.m., the cleaning crew showed up at 8:50 a.m. in the driveway and did not leave even though they saw we were still there. I have never rented a place where the cleaning crew shows up more than an hour early and stays on the property.
