Disappointing experience – Pool unusable and very uncomfortable beds

− We stayed at this property for 7 nights, arriving on a Wednesday evening, and unfortunately, our stay was highly disappointing due to poor communication and lack of maintenance. The main issue was the swimming pool. We were only able to use it for a single day (Thursday). On Thursday night, there was a heavy storm with rain and strong winds, which left the pool completely dirty and unusable. We immediately contacted the management company, asking them to send someone to clean it. They informed us that it wouldn't be possible until Monday. While it wasn't ideal, we understood the situation and agreed to wait. However, Monday came and absolutely no one showed up. To make matters worse, the company stopped replying to our messages altogether. Out of a 7-day vacation, we could only use the pool for one day because of their total lack of responsiveness. Additionally, the beds were highly uncomfortable. The mattresses are extremely soft, meaning you just sink right into them, and they are also visibly smaller than the actual bed frames. Between the lack of customer service regarding the pool and the poor quality of sleep, we definitely cannot recommend this place.
