Cleaning conditions are bad and no refund coming

− Despide the apartment is new, I wasn't unable to enjoy it because of the cleaning conditions. I found hair and dust on chairs, surfaces, cupboards, and in the shower. Food scraps on the sofa and tables, dirt on the remote controls, mirrors and windows. It seems that the towels and sheets have been changed, but little else... The rest of the furniture and surfaces have not been cleaned in a long time. I believe this is unacceptable considering the price paid per night. I request that someone come to clean the apartment, but they answered the day I was leaving. So, I asked for a refund. NO RECEIVED YET. Update: After two months fighting with the costume services of Madeconfy they are giving me generic answers and not paying a refund. Please avoid this scam. They are not serious!!
