− O Wi-Fi estava com problema para funcionar no primeiro andar e a cama achei muito dura pra dormir. De repente como sugestão colocar um pillow top ajudaria bastante.
Melhoras na resolução de eventuais problemas com o inquilino, disponibilizar água quente para banho.
