+ Excellent central location near Little India and the metro+ Helpful, friendly staff (several named employees praised)+ Good value for money given the location+ Some rooms reported as renovated, clean and comfortable− Poor cleanliness in multiple reports: damp/musty smells; linens/duvets not changed− Thin walls/poor soundproofing and outside noise− Small, cramped rooms and bunk-bed configurations not as pictured

5.0Q esta cerca de los centros comerciales , pero de noche es para tener cuidado
− La caja fuerte rota cambiamos 4 cajas y todas rotas ! Así que todos los días estuvimos con pasaportes y dinero con nosotros ! Un tema incómodo

10.0Good, clean
May stay at A Hotel again, if i cant find something better
5.0Close to MRT Bed was comfy. Shower was a little temperamental, hot/cool.
− Corridors could be tidier
Guest review
1.0Affordable
− The bathroom was dirty. It has an army flies hanging around the drain. The bathroom door closes itself so its always moist and its a perfect environment for bugs. The hotel doesnt have ticket system for storage so everyone can just come and claim it without verify ownership. I spoke to the staff and they just smiled (guess its outside of their control/dont care enough. Its a management issue
comfortable. MRT is very near and therefore convenient location.
8.0excellent staff - they were responsive to my requests which I much appreciated.
− there is no window but I would look a room with window next time.
Perfect!
10.0The ease, comfort and service
− Nothing! It was great
