No AC, Bad Host!! worth less than 100 a night.

Apartment is located in a closed area that make it safe, the location is great and the views are nice, swimming pool is very good, deep and clean, large and can host a lot of people.

− We unfortunately had a disappointing experience, if not a horrible one, The AC didn't work when we arrived, and no one came to fix it until we left, there was scaffolding on the building and the apartment was accessible from the balcony, it smelled like dead animals, people started walking on the scaffolding in the morning making super loud noise, drilling and clanking. The AC compressor is in the balcony, you can never chill there as it becomes like an oven, and if you open the drapes the sun comes is, especially in the morning you wont be able to sleep. We spent all day and night sweating in 30 degrees indoors, trying to figure something out with the lovely Carlo who gave us the keys, he was wonderful but the company managing this apartment is bad! Bad things happen, but not acknowledging them and taking responsibility for your fault is not acceptable, they ignored my complaints until I sent them a legally biding message, they offered a lousy discount and didn't even respond properly. Take pictures and videos and do not accept the keys until you double check everything works fine, the apartment has to be ice cold before hand. I am carrying out some legal actions to get my money back.
