Very clean, great tranquil location, friendly neighborhood, lots of dear.

− The Solar Edison string lights all over the property didn’t work. It would have been a spectacular sight at night. It’s really set up for just two people. But almost perfect for two people! A two person hot tub would be perfect!!😊

Die Unterkunft war brandneu, sehr sauber und überaus komfortabel. eine wunderschöne Lage, ruhig und erholsam!

− Das einzige, was mir nicht gefallen hat, war die Tatsache, dass ich leider überhaupt keinen Handy Empfang hatte. Ansonsten bietet die Unterkunft alles, was das Herz begehrt für einen schönen Urlaub

− I wish the AC was turned on before we arrived at the property since it's hard for the AC to fully reach the bedroom at night, so it ended up quite hot.

A little gem in the mountains

This is a very cute little 3-room cabin in the mountains. The place was nicely decorated and well-appointed with kitchen gear, toiletries, laundry, etc. It was extremely convenient for our parties' work in the nearby national forest. While not in the main part of town, it is still only 10-15 minutes to restaurants and general store in Carson. Having a lockbox for a physical key as a backup to the electronic key was very thoughtful; we struggled a little with the keypad, but the key box worked perfectly. Would definitely stay here again if we need to work in the area.

− This is minor, but... It would be a good idea to have clear photos of the daybed + trundle setup in the second bedroom on the listing, as while this is a good arrangement for parents + child, other types of parties needing separate beds may find it awkward. (However, we found a way to make do!). Additionally, while the property is listed for 5 people (we had 3), there are only 4 chairs (2 living room type chairs and 2 at the breakfast bar). Swapping in a couch for the two living room chairs would address both issues (the seating for 5, and a potential sleeping place for someone who didn't want to use the trundle).

I expected a cute little place to stay and got so much more! It was comfortable, remote yet close enough to the white water rafting location we chose(30 min). I sat out on the deck in the mornings with a coffee and soaked up nature. And I am not a morning person who does that. I was so relaxed! And they had deer coming to the property, which was super cool! There is also a cute little stream down the road, which is audible from the deck.

− It has only one bathroom and there was no where to dump cooking grease. But other then that it was perfect. Hope to go back soon!
