10.0L'endroit était bien situé. La grandeur de l'appartement était parfaite pour 4 personnes.
− Il y a aucune fenêtre dans l'appartement, je suis pas certaine que ce soit sécuritaire pour les incendies et la douche était pas très propre et seulement 3 rouleaux de papiers toilette pour 4 personnes 6 nuit 🙄

9.0Die Lage des Apartments ist großartig, Metro und Busstation in direkter Nähe, viele Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nachbarschaft. Durch die Lage im Hinterhof ist es sehr ruhig.
− Wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben, fehlte auch uns die Möglichkeit Fenster zu öffnen.

10.0De locatie van het appartement is perfect, rustige straat, gezellige wijk, in de buurt van verschillende metrostationes en de grote attracties op wandelafstand. Ik maakte me zorgen over het ontbreken van de airco en ramen die niet open konden, maar deze zorgen waren niet nodig. De mobiele airco die er wel stond hebben we niet gebruikt. We merkte dat bij een buitentemperatuur van 37 graden het appartementje zelf een constante binnentemperatuur van 25 graden behield. Dat vonden we een prima temperatuurverschil. De bedden waren heerlijk en we hebben goed geslapen, geen last van de warme Parijse zomer. Bij een volgende bezoek maak ik graag weer gebruik van Magnificent Apartment BR2

− geen airco, alleen een mobiele die hielp iets. Geen ramen en met 35 graden buiten dus niet te koelen maar ook niet te luchten.

4.0The location was good.
− The biggest disappointment was that the apartment had no windows at all. There was virtually no fresh air, and the only way to cool the space was with a small fan. As a result, the apartment felt extremely stuffy and uncomfortable throughout our stay. We often had to leave the front door open just to get some air circulating. Unfortunately, this had a major impact on our overall experience. Proper ventilation is a basic necessity, and staying in a space with no access to fresh air was simply not acceptable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris but were disappointed with aspects of the accommodation.
6.0It was close to restaurants and shops.
− The filthy floor(photos to follow), lack of ventilation, no windows, dishwasher not working properly, small fan stopped working.
