10.0Het hotel ziet er heel mooi uit. Net een kasteel. Wij hadden een Presidential suite, dit was echt top. Mijn gezin was helemaal verkocht. Alles zat in de kamer. Van woonkamer tot Jacuzzi tot Karaoke tot 2 WC's tot alles, met andere woorden: Perfect! Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, alert, professioneel en behulpzaam. Van receptie tot aan de housekeeping tot restaurant. Top hotel!

− I didn't like the toilet design. We are seniors, the height of the bathtub is near to accident. Wrong moves or steps will make you fall.
The staff were attentive, accommodating and, friendly in nature.
7.0Fancy exterior, room spacious.
− The room is not PWD accessible esp the bathroom. While there were grabs available but, it’s too high to get to the tub. Making it difficult esp for my elderly parents.
