Serious water leakage and withholding 1000EUR security deposit without evidence
1.0The negatives outweigh the positives. Avoid this property and host by all costs.
− Avoid this host by all costs. Since our experience, we have seen other reviews complaining about this host withholding security deposits on this property and their other listings. Booking.com does nothing to protect guests. When a serious leak began dripping from the ceiling on the second morning, we informed the host immediately, but the host did not provide any help. After we reported the water leakage to Booking.com, the host falsely claimed that we "manipulated" the air conditioner and used that as an excuse to withhold our €1,000 security deposit. Neither Booking.com nor the host provided any evidence that we damaged the AC. Booking.com simply allowed the host to take our €1,000 and dismissed our requests for an investigation. Ultimately, we disputed the charge with our credit card company, which forced the host to refund our deposit.

− Deze verhuurder is een oplichter, hij vraagt buiten booking.com een borg van 1000 euro op het laatste moment van inchecken. Dit bedrag krijg je nooit meer terug. In eerste instantie zegt hij ik heb het al overgemaakt wanneer 7 dagen voorbij zijn en je schakelt booking.com in zegt hij na 20 dagen dat ik de borg niet terug krijg omdat de buren last van ons hadden en dat we niet aan de regels hebben gehouden ! Je mag het wagen maar ik garandeer ie dat je het geld niet terug krijgt !
