− HARRIS Hotel has the underlying infrastructure and physical resources to easily operate as a top-tier property. Unfortunately, it is severely let down by poor management, a lack of staff supervision, and highly inconsistent service. The primary saving grace—and the only real selling point during our stay—is the hotel's direct physical connection to the Festival Citylink Mall. Room Quality & Comfort: The rooms felt quite small, and the soundproofing is practically non-existent. The partitions between rooms seem to be made of simple gypsum board, meaning you can hear the neighboring rooms with perfect clarity. Additionally, the attention to basic booking details was lacking. Despite explicitly booking a room for three guests, we were only supplied with two pillows, a single pair of sandals, and zero bathrobes. Maintenance Issues: We experienced frustrating plumbing issues throughout our stay. Both the bathroom sink and the shower drained incredibly slowly, causing water to pool persistently during and after every use. Dining & Breakfast Experience: The breakfast service was deeply underwhelming. On our first morning, the coffee machine was out of order. Beyond that, the food options and overall quantities were highly limited. Most surprisingly for a hotel located in a tropical country, the fruit selection was heavily rationed. A standard fruit plate literally consisted of just three pieces: one slice of guava, one piece of melon, and one piece of watermelon. I have never seen a tropical hotel be so stingy with its fresh fruit. Housekeeping Standards: The housekeeping team did not appear to follow any standard operating procedures. The daily service was entirely unpredictable: some days towels and tissues were replaced, and other days they were simply forgotten. Furthermore, the bed sheets were never changed during our entire 6-night stay unless we explicitly tracked down staff to request it.

Hotel nya nempel dengan mall. Staff front office nya, ramah, tetutama yang bernama Pak Eddy yang sangat helpfully. Hotelnya nyaman dan bersih, parkirnya luas.. Menu sarapannya banyak pilihan dan enak.
