10.0Upon arrival, the reception staff were warm and professional, and the check-in process was quick. My room was clean, spacious, and well-ventilated. The bed was comfortable, and basic amenities such as Wi-Fi, hot water, and television were available. Meals were well prepared and served on time. The conference facilities were adequate, and the environment was quiet and suitable for the conference. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for both business and leisure visits. However, improving on the air conditioning should be installed.

8.0the stay was enjoyable, everything was up to standard, though there was a problem with electricity which was intermittent and ultimately affected the quality of my sleep. i did not have the chance to do any activities, infact i was not inducted on the activities that i was able to partake
