Professional staff, always ready to assist. Breakfast was good, April and her kitchen team made sure your breakfast is ready to be served. House keeping always cleaning and dressing bed. Concierge always on stand-by for services. Front desk well professionally dressed and well respected and friendly. Robert at Front desk was exceptional, the rest were fantastic. Property location is less than 50 metres to Dubai metro which makes your movement very easy. The red line trains connect you to the green and orange(tram) lines. Value for the money. Don't skip this hotel and make a reservation somewhere else after reading this comment. Definitely coming back🙏

Employees are all amazing from reception to housekeeping to security Clean rooms Fast service Greta location in the middle of everything and right next to metro Grocery & pharmacy across the street 24/7 Corridor smells bad Sofa bed is not comfortable at all
