小樽是一個讓人覺得很放鬆的地方，如果想要熱鬧的話也可以去那一條街上好好的逛逛吃吃走走
10.0飯店的位置很好，就在小樽運河旁邊 員工服務態度非常得好，每一個都笑容滿面，英文能力也很強，可以溝通無誤 隔天早上走路去預約運河的船票，然後去附近的老街走走時間差不多了再回來坐船，是一個很舒服的旅程

8.0立地は最高で、お買い物、クルージング、運河散歩、歩いてどこでもいけました。 落ち着いた雰囲気のあるホテルでゆったりできました、 チェックイン前とチェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらえて良かった。
− 朝食へはスリッパで行けるとリラックスできる。 連泊したが、朝食ビッフェのメニューがもう少し変化あれば楽しみがある。でも美味しかったです。 水道水をポットで沸かすのに抵抗があったので、お部屋に水のサービスがあれば嬉しいです。
