Everithing was perfect! Oktay bey has set up in such a way that everithing works perfect. Personnel is attentive, feel when you need any ass8stance. Ahmet, Erdogan , Husseyn, Celal, Memmed, Ersun bey, Adem.... alll are helpful genuenly trying to help Evenings are varied, nice, ... mus8c latin, Turk7sh, western pop, ...circus... all good Thanks a lot!

The Staff Make All the Difference

What truly makes Manuela Hotel Bitez special is not just the location or the facilities, but above all the staff. Every member of the team was wonderful, from the reception staff to those working at the beach area. Their friendliness and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Initially, we had only booked breakfast, but after experiencing the lunch buffet and the afternoon tea snacks, we immediately upgraded to the all-inclusive option. The food served throughout the day was of a quality you would expect from a top restaurant. In fact, we never felt the need to eat anywhere else during our stay. The beach is located directly in front of the hotel, making it easy to spend the entire day relaxing by the sea with a coffee or a refreshing drink. The sea in Bitez is beautiful and much calmer than in many other parts of Bodrum, which makes it especially pleasant for swimming and unwinding. The rooms are comfortable and perfectly adequate for a summer holiday. Since we spent most of our time outside enjoying the beach and the hotel's facilities, they met our needs very well. Overall, Manuela Hotel offers excellent value for money, thanks to its outstanding staff, fantastic food, beachfront location, and relaxed atmosphere.

− It's not that we didn't enjoy our stay, but the rooms could use a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness and general maintenance. For example, my bed did not have a mattress protector, and there were visible stains underneath the sheet. The curtain rail was partially broken, making it difficult to open and close the curtains properly. The towels appeared to be clean, but some still had stains on them.These are relatively small issues, but addressing them would make a noticeable difference to the overall quality of the guest experience. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, but a little more attention to these details would go a long way.

Nettes Personal und die Lage.

− Zimmer 308 extrem klein, Balkon eine Zumutung, da höchstens 1 Person drauf sitzen kann. Absturzgefahr eventuell gegeben. Die Stufe zum Bad eine Sturzgefahr. Kein Fernsehempfang.

Perfectly located hotel with rooms that are a little small but everything else makes that irrelevant.

The location of the Manuela (right on the beach) cannot be faulted. It’s close to the main restaurants in Bitez and it’s a pleasant short walk. The staff were very friendly and eager to please or resolve issues. Nice sun beds on the beach and plenty of shady areas to sit with a drink. Nice pool area that isn’t huge but to be honest most people went to the beach. Outstanding housekeeping - room cleaned and towels changed every day.

− Breakfast is a little basic and limited. Some fruit and pastries would be a good addition. Our room had a very noisy extractor fan but to be fair to the hotel they fixed it within 24 hours.

Dass man fußläufig in der Tat in 2 Minuten am Strand ist, egal, von welchem Zimmer aus… Frühstück, Mittagessen steht frisch, warm und sauber präsentiert wird… Der Manager vom Hotel sich ein tolles Entertainment Programm für die Gäste gestaltet hat…
