− Breakfast doors were closed earlier than posted and food was cleaned up and put away. So everyone didn't get to breakfast in time. Maybe just adjust the times online.
Front desk staff made it a pleasurable experience.
9.0Front desk staff were wonderful. Noticed a gentleman cleaning up trash around the property. Pool maintenance was done timely with checking levels throughout the day.
− Housekeeping is where you have issues. Room had a half full bottle of water on the couch bed at entry. Opened couch bed and there was popcorn and other food items on mattresses. No linen to make the couch bed either although it was supposed to be in a drawer. Also while sitting outside at night there are many cockroaches running around.
