4.0− There were cockroaches in the garden room we stayed, once just outside the toilet and once on the bed linings. The room is also smaller than how it shows on the photos. When the service team was informed they offered to change the room but it was a cheaper option (as a refund was not available we were told). Only we escalated the matter a better room type was offered but it was already really late at night

Extremely comfortable stay in Kowloon East
9.0Really comfortable - great bed and shower and super quiet. The free shuttle was very handy, too - we used it most days.
− The location was great for us but you really need to be wanting to be in East Kowloon. Not so great for the general HK visitor.
