10.0Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Als wir einen Stromausfall nur in unserem Zimmer hatten, war innerhalb weniger Minuten ein Elektriker zur Stelle und hat das Problem behoben – ein wirklich toller Service. Die Außenanlagen werden kontinuierlich in Stand gehalten, man sieht überall, dass daran gearbeitet wird. Auch das Seegras am Strand wurde entfernt. Der Strand selbst hat uns nicht ganz so überzeugt, dafür gibt es aber mehrere schöne Pools mit ausreichend Liegen, die für Entspannung sorgen. Die Außenpools waren für unser Empfinden zu kühl, auch die privaten Pools in den Superior Zimmern – eine Temperierung wäre wünschenswert. Das Hallenbad hingegen hatte eine angenehme Temperatur. Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr gut und hat uns bestens geschmeckt. Gäste mit einer höheren Zimmerkategorie können ihr Frühstück im Restaurant Osteria einnehmen, wo frisch gepresster Orangensaft serviert wird. Die Anlage ist etwas weitläufiger, was wir persönlich als angenehm empfunden haben, da wir so jeden Tag einen kleinen Spaziergang genießen konnten. Zudem gibt es ein abwechslungsreiches Angebot an Aktivitäten und Abendunterhaltungen, die gut organisiert und unterhaltsam waren. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
