10.0The buffet was excellent! We had a wonderful view of Lake Akan from our room. The staff was very friendly. An Ainu village was about12 minutes walk away. One issue we had was the bathroom. It was very small! I am petite and even it was tight for me. Otherwise, everything was great! We like the hotel very much!

10.0I spent one night. Everything is wonderful. Very cosy decor. New, clean and tidy. We can choose to go to another bigger Onsen nearby with shuttle bus. Yet still the Onsen here is already good enough for us. Recommend this medium size hotel then the larger ones which are crowed.
