8.0I will definitely comeback to this hotel, and would like to see it better next time in term of kitchen basic tools such as knives, frying pan and dish cleaning detergent.
Worst stay ever
2.0We faced a major problem during the check -in where we were supposed to be in at 14:00 p.m. but there was a delay of an hour and half which screw our schedule for the whole day. As a result we had to check out early at 7:00 a.m.

10.0Everyone in the hotel is super friendly. I would like to thank everyone, especially the lady at reception for allowing us to check in early and upgrading our room. She is a very kind and helpfu lady. Thanks to the Nepali and Indian staffs at the hotel who were amazingly friendly and hospitable to us. The hotel is very clean and the location is great too. The free breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future whenever I visit Kuwait.
