− Nós deram um quarto totalmente diferente das imagens, o quarto estava com infiltração e o lugar ouvia ruídos de um banheiro no corredor. A experiência não foi boa. O café da manhã não tinha opções.
Muito boa estadia e localização, com potencial de melhoria.
8.0O lado do hotel foi muito bom, dentro das expectativas. Localização excelente, oferta de estacionamento pago (no centro de São Paulo, de carro, uma necessidade premente), café da manhã variado. O problema foi com a plataforma do Booking, que deu a entender que o quarto duplo poderia atender 1 adulto e 2 crianças, inclusive com foto, o que não é verdade. A recepção foi muito prestativa em resolver o problema de imediato, no momento da chegada, mas a plataforma teve culpa nisso.
− O frigobar não vem abastecido e não havia como adquirir nada para consumo imediato dentro do hotel. Se precisasse de uma água, poderia comprar na lanchonete ao lado (literalmente na porta ao lado), mas teria de sair do hotel. O frigobar poderia ter opções de consumo mais geral já disponíveis.

− Não gostei do chuveiro. Demora demais (uns 15 min) para esquentar a água. O café da manhã oferece pouca opção de alimentos.
