10.0The hotel is considered one of two of the best hotels in Dong Ha. The staff were professional and a treat to deal with. I stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the location, nearby is the Dong Ha market and next to that is the Coop store (stocked with things I needed and they also have a Jolibees). I don't eat breakfast because of my health so I cannot comment on the included meal. My bathroom had a bathtub, flipflops are on offer, and I even had a ceramic tea pot with cups and saucers. For the total cost, I would gladly stay again. Oh, each night they leave a plate of fruit in each room. Never got to try the pool.

8.0Saigon Dong Ha Hotel was a good stay in Dong Ha while I was traveling through for business for a couple of days. The staff was not fluent but did speak enough English to answer questions at check-in and assist with calling taxis, and were all friendly. The rooms are dated but clean and the bed and pillows were more comfortable than I was expecting at this price point. The hotel is a bit remote, but I did find it decently walkable to the nearby park and some nearby dining options.
