1.0It was near the beach.
− We did not have hot water in the room. No one was ever in the office. We had to wait outside nearly 30mins in the heat to check in. That is after calling the property & telling them we were waiting.

Motel staff assisted us with going to a Sister hotel due to an air-conditioning unit not working in our room and they we
7.0Our air-conditioning unit did not work so they had us moved to a Sister hotel which worked out for us. Staff was kind and willing to help on a busy weekend during spring break.
Pool & hot tub area, very nice tropical landscaping. Room was super clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

8.0Location is awesome. Sooo may pools. The hot tub was literally hot. nobody bothers you , very green.
− No restaurants on site. No musis at the pool area. We had to move to Miami for that. But in general very nice. Even if the room was ready in the morning, we were asked to pat $25 fee for that. So we agreed to wait until normal check in time.
