− este apartamento no es de lujo pero a nosotros nos cumplió perfectamente lo que necesitamos eso de tener un tercero sin ascensor es incómodo

4.0El alojamiento está bien ubicado, había botellas de agua en el frigorífico y zapatillas de hotel. Aire acondicionado potente.
− Todos los comentarios hablan de lo simpática que es una tal Cecilia, pero nosotros no hemos hablado con nadie en todo el tiempo que hemos estado allí. Hay una clave para entrar en el edificio y las llaves de nuestro apartamento estaban puestas. Tuvimos suerte de que nos tocó la 105, en la planta baja, porque subí para curiosear y había muchos escalones. La bañera era muy mala, la mampara, que estaba sucia, tenía forma curva, lo que limitaba mucho al ducharse (podéis ver en las fotos el baño con bañera). No nos avisó nadie de si vendrían a limpiar o a cambiar las toallas. Un día llegamos y teníamos toallas limpias, pero no se habían llevado las viejas ni habían limpiado absolutamente nada. Me gustaría que nos hubiesen indicado si vendrían o que pudiésemos dejar un cartelito. Por último, por el precio (carísimo) que hemos pagado, qué menos que dejarnos una hoja con recomendaciones cerca, supermercados cercanos, etc. Todos los apartamentos lo hacen. También podría habernos indicado de qué forma ir desde dl aeropuerto. Ya os lo digo yo: línea blue de alliguna hasta ospedale o F.te Nove. En fin, en general el apartamento no ha estado mal porque tenía AC y la cama era más o menos cómoda, pero no creo que repetiría. Con la persona encargada solo hablé el primer dia, puesto que me pidió por whatsapp foto de los DNI, y el último, que me pidió que pagase los 40€ de tasa turística. Además, el vestíbulo en el que se encontraba la habitación era una vergüenza, las basuras llevaban ahí días.

− This hotel should never be classified as "luxury"—not on any platform; this is a major mistake by both Booking and the hotel itself. The entrance is appalling—right next to trash bins when you open the door—and there is no reception area. There is a complete lack of clarity when booking the rooms, and it was impossible to actually stay in the room originally assigned to us because it was non-functional; the bathroom flooded, and the room was on par with a hostel. There were no amenities, the room was located in the hotel basement, the check-in experience was a disaster, and the price was exorbitant for what was offered. It is absolutely a bait-and-switch. I had never experienced anything like this in Venice, a city I have been visiting since 2001. I hope never to go through this again, and I hope Booking verifies that this hotel is taking advantage of its customers.
