10.0Everything. All is very clean, the bed is comfortable and the rooms are decorated in such a lovely way. This is the first place I'm going to check for availability next time I'll have to be in Plymouth. It was so nice to meet the host, thank you for everything dear Olive!

10.0Was well situated easy walking distance to thHoe and Barbican .and plymouth Town .Olive the propieter was very help full and couldnt do enough for you felt like home from home. My party of 4 loved it . THE ACCOMODATIN WAS EXCELLENT 2 double rooms and continental breakfast self serve fabulous nothing was too much trouble for propieter Olive and her family Jen and Jack well worth a visit we were 2 couples and stayed a week .we can thouroughly recommend this guest house .

No frills comfortable and quiet , to be recommended.
9.0A warm welcome , given a ground floor room as my wife has mobility issues . A well equipped smallish room but was quiet at night . An excellent beakfast was offered and special dietary needs catered for. Overall an excellent experience .
− Apparently parking can be expensive but we had been able to park elsewhere .
