5.0I was charged the local fee. Not the booking.com fee
Unimpressive
1.0I reserved a room with a queens size bed but got a tiny double bed which they weren’t ready to change despite showing them my booking details. Also, I gave my card details for payment to be effected online but I had to pay at the hotel at an outrageous conversion rate which added almost 25% extra cost.
− Bad bed, staffs were not helpful except those in the kitchen.
