8.0Прекрасный отель, персонал отлично подготовлен, отзывчивый, внимательный. Из минусов-запах воды и ржавчина в водопроводе. Может быть можно для отеля делать индивидуальную водоочистку. Пляж выше всех похвал.

Хороший отель со своими недостатками
8.0В целом все понравилось - действительно одно из лучших мест в Калининградской области и точно лучшее в Янтарном. Расположение идеальное. Из минусов - отвратительная вода в водопроводе, ржавая, с неприятным запахом. Завтраки нормальные, но однообразные, за неделю пребывания «репертуар» не сменился ни разу. Также одновременно с нами в отеле отдыхал детский лагерь - хотя отель, на мой взгляд, вообще не про это)
Уставший отель
8.0Отель исторический, но уставший и вызывает грусть. Требует обновления и поддержания порядка, особенно в зоне СПА. Было неприятно увидеть неубранные полотенца с предыдущего дня в зоне бассейна. Завтрак достойный, но без шампанского. Ужин неплохой, но не на 5*. Сотрудники отеля внимательны, любезны.
