1.0The location was good.
− I received an email saying they could pick me up from the airport for fee. I gave all my information on WhatsApp, flight time arrival etc and while I was on my 10 hour plus flight I received another email saying no pick up! The door locks didn't work the majority of the time, no elevator so I had to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs! Don't advertise you know English and then not be able to communicate!!! Turning the fan off after you cleaned, it was so stuffy in there. Giving me a towel with blood stains and then throwing it on top of my clothes.

− Malos colchones, viejos. Nunca limpiaron el baño y estuvimos 5 días. Muy complicado el ingreso a la habitación, con códigos. El ascensor a veces no funcionaba. Tampoco había personal permanente, por cualquier inconveniente. Y el primer día no había agua caliente en el baño
