− Trato por parte del personal ante requerimientos de ajuste de comportamiento de otros huéspedes en zonas comunes. Acoso físico y telefónico en las instalaciones por parte de los vendedores de la membresía de SUNSOL.

− La playa tenía mucho oleaje, nos dieron 2 toallas en lugar de 4 (éramos 4 en la habitacion), y cuando,hicieron limpieza un dia no reemplazaron toallas

9.0La variedad de comida en el desayuno, almuerzo y cena, totalmente deliciosos (Muy Venezolano, lo cual es maravilloso). Creo que el snack, puede mejorar, puesto que es era comida chatarra, quizas incluir frutas. Me gusto, la atención del personal, fueron muy amables y empáticos, resolvian todo en 5 minutos. Además, de las instalaciones las mantienen en muy buenas condiciones, hasta las que se encuentran en la playa, eso me gusto mucho.
− En mi caso el roaming no me funcionaba y al no tener wifi muy estable en el hotel, fue un caos poder enviar un correo. Si vas en plan de solo distraerte, super bien, pero si tienes ese tipo de emergencia, recomiendo llevar un chip con buen internet.

9.0El personal es súper amable, desde el check in hasta el check out todos fueron muy agradables, me hicieron sentir en casa, volver luego de 6 años a Venezuela y quedarme en el sunsol fue una de las mejores decisiones. Comida muy rica y buena variedad. El bartender Angel muy agradable y buena gente, las animadoras Paola y Lucy tambien hicieron la estadía mejor. Muchas gracias por todo ❤️
