First room they gave us faced a brick wall with no light. We complained and they provided us with a first floor room facing the street. The rooms have no mini fridges or microwaves and are quite small. The bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff burst in early with no time between knocking and entering. We would not return.

The hotel is a little strange. It's built into an old hacienda, but instead of preserving the charm they chose to pack in as many rooms as possible, so half the rooms have a balcony right next to a wall (and that's your only view). It's not well-maintained (maintenance man is super nice and everything was clean, but they obviously don't spend money to keep things up so the shower heads were old and rusted, the fish tank pump was broken, things like that). The "continental breakfast" was one piece of bread and a coffee, so make plans to eat elsewhere. The staff were all great, especially the young women at the front desk. I didn't catch her name but we checked in with a young Black lady who was very helpful through our stay. However, we watched her manage (a middle aged, short man who was starting to lose his hair and has a very big Napoleon complex) openly mistreat her and the other female employees for trying to give us good service. This man is a huge HR and PR risk, Wyndham. I know it's hard to fire people in Mexico, but he's worth paying severance to get rid of. He's destroying your culture with how he treats employers and guests. He yelled at someone for trying to allow us into our room before 3pm (it was 2pm and we confirmed with multiple people that the rooms were already ready). No guest should be forced to wait in the heat because he doesn't want them to use an hour's worth of electricity by checking in a little early. Soooo tacaño. He's also destroying your property by being such an obvious cheapskate. I would be embarrassed to have my company name on this property under his "care".

Excelente opción pero debe mejorar la calidad de las toallas, cambiar la grifería de las habitaciones y mejorar la limpieza diaria de la habitación.

Nice small hotel, good location and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is hit or miss, somedays good some days bad. so I would eat elsewhere. Rooms are always clean, towels a little like sandpaper, but they will dry you. Service by employees great!

This was my 2nd time staying here. The hospitality is on point and I love the way they assist in helping me practice the language.

Poorly maintained, moldy sinks, staff says its normal. Slow to act on your request.
