4.0This property is beautiful, but dont use Expedia to book. Even yhough I prepaid, when I arrived they said they didn't use Expedia anymore and I had no reservation. SInce it was 4 am I had to pay again to stay and thankfully rooms were avaliable. Now I'm trying to get a refund and neither Boma nor Expedia is taking responsibility. Not great.

4.0This hotel is owned by a charity and the management behave accordingly. Uninterested reception, outdated rooms; a distinctly underwhelming stay and on the face of it this hotel has declined more than a bit post COVID.
